Clynelish

Glen Ord - The Singleton

Founded on the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands, Glen Ord sits on a stretch of land that had been in the possession of Clan Mackenzie for nearly 700 years when Thomas Mackenzie built the distillery in 1838. Glen Ord’s exclusive twin water source combines soft Highland rainwater accumulated high in the Scottish mountains with water from the heart of an ancient artesian spring, aptly described as “water from the heavens and earth”. Glen Ord is also one of a handful of distilleries that still malts its barley on site.

Balblair

Balblair comes from a unique place where the place of life is easy. The single malt is crafted slowly and is matured at the distillery in traditional dunnage warehouses on earthen floors where time-honoured methods have been used the first barrels were rolled back in 1790. This gentle, hands-on approach gives the whisky it’s unique character; warming, sweet, fruity and rich.

Knockdu - anCnoc

Picture an expanse of barley fields, with a rich supply of peat and crisp, clear springs of water close at hand. Couple that with the presence of the Great North of Scotland railway line on your doorstep and it’s not hard to see why John Morrison embraced the opportunity to turn a gift of nature into something unique to share with the world.

Tomatin

Since 1897 there has been a quiet revolution unfolding in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. High up amongst the smooth, rounded peaks of the Monadhliath Mountains there is no room for rugged and robust. Here patience, a gentle hand and a passion for purity rule the day. For generations, the craftsmen at Tomatin Distillery have been combining soft mountain water with tender local barley to produce it’s distinctively mellow and fruity taste. You have heard the myths of this often wild and beautiful place, but the truth lies only in it's spirit.
